Dolly’s dazzling halftime show during The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Kickoff on Thanksgiving sparked controversy over her attire, with some questioning if a person in their seventies should wear such youthful clothing.

Stella, expressing her frustration, called her sister “cute as hell” and scolded the critics, saying, “Shame on you, not her.”

Talk show host Whoopi Goldberg also joined in, humorously challenging the critics and declaring, “Bite me!”

Despite the backlash, Dolly Parton’s positive attitude and purposeful partnership with The Salvation Army remain unaffected.
