Last fall, the organizers of the Miss Universe pageant made a significant change by removing the upper age limit of 28 years for contestants.

The impact of this change was quickly evident when, a few months later, the title of Miss Buenos Aires 2024 was claimed by a 60-year-old beauty, Alejandra Marisa Rodriguez. As a lawyer, Rodriguez maintains an exceptional appearance by taking care of herself, maintaining a balanced diet, and regularly attending the gym.

Competing against 34 other candidates in her region, Rodriguez emerged victorious, expressing her excitement and pride at winning the title. She emphasized the message that beauty knows no age and that women can overcome any barriers. Through physical training, confidence-building, and stage skills improvement, she aimed to demonstrate that female empowerment has boundless potential.

Having secured the title in her region, Rodriguez will now represent the metropolitan area at the national Miss Argentina pageant scheduled for May 25th.
