The woman’s name is Irina. According to her, her career failed precisely because of her attractive looks. She claims that male bosses are not able to take pretty girls seriously.

In order to increase the chances of finding a job, the girl decided to recolour her hair, give up shoes with heels and she also decided that she should wear glasses.

– I was able to find a job exactly after I changed my hair colour. I started getting more job offers. Even though I have perfect eyesight, I decided to wear clear glasses. It kind of gives professionalism. – said Irina.

In addition, Irina stopped applying a lot of make-up. She believes that with her facial features, there is no need for flashy make-up. If you have big beautiful eyes and plump lips, you can not help but attract attention. Irina thinks that employers want everyone at work to look like each other. Everyone should have a mortgage and kids. According to him, Irina was too spectacular.

– A girl told about one of her many job interviews. The employers were biased towards the girl and because of this she decided that the best solution would be to quit her job and open an online shop. So she did just that. There she sold vintage clothes.
