Back to the ’60s. The story of the beautiful couple Brigitte Bardot and Gunther Sachs

Brigitte has long been regarded as one of the sexiest and most beautiful women of all time. Sachs is one of the world’s wealthiest men. They seemed tailor-made for each other. Both popular and attractive. The ideal couple.

They first met in 1966. It was love at first sight for both of them. Surprisingly, Sachs wanted to marry the girl on the first day! He wasted little time in courting his selected one. When she flew above her house helicopter, which dropped hundreds of gorgeous roses on the estate, he captured her heart on the first try. Brigitte later stated that she had never been so wooed that she had no chance of resisting.

The lovers married a few months later. The event was held in Vegas, in the best tradition of renowned and wealthy people. Brigitte had her third marriage stamp in her passport, Saxe had her second. They took Senator Kennedy’s jet to Tahiti for their first holiday together. Following Tahiti, the pair travelled to France, where they began to cheat on each other. They had separate apartments. Sachs and Brigitte were both aware of each other’s interests. This does not appear to have been a problem for the pair.

Brigitte had a new man a year after her wedding. She exchanged her Saxe for Serge Gainsbourg. The husband was not startled or angered by his wife’s activities because he had long acquired a new “passion.”

Those who previously loved one other eventually divorce. Quietly and peacefully. They didn’t make much of a fuss because it wasn’t their first split. And why should they when they’ve long since abandoned each other? They did not share the land they had bought together. They were both well-off individuals who didn’t require the money. They said their goodbyes as friends.

Sachs continued to produce extravagant gifts for his ex-wife after the divorce, which she auctioned off, sold, and then returned the next day. Sachs would eventually purchase the necklace and give it to her again. Don’t you think it’s lovely?
