“He Sold Their Family Housing For $58M”: Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Hills Mansion Once He Lived In!

Sylvester Stallone, best known for his iconic role in “Rocky,” originally from Hell’s Kitchen, NYC, now resides in Southern California with his family in an $85 million luxury home.

Despite his on-screen portrayal as a Philadelphian native, Stallone’s real-life journey involves overcoming challenges, achieving fame, and maintaining a balance between his acting career and family life.

The Beverly Hills mansion, originally built in 1994 by Edward Granzbach and redesigned by architect Richard Landry, boasts modern features and was listed for $110 million earlier this year.

The property, spread over 3.5 acres in North Beverly Park, includes a meticulously landscaped lawn, a zero-edge swimming pool, a spa, and an air-conditioned 8-car garage with an art studio.

The interior of the mansion resembles a mini-castle, featuring a grandmaster chef’s kitchen, a formal room, a professional-grade theater, a fully equipped gym, and a cigar room with an air filtration system and a bar.

The memorabilia room showcases Stallone’s achievements from the “Rocky” and “Rambo” franchises.

Despite the impressive features, Stallone has decided to sell the property for $85 million and has relocated to Florida, where he purchased a $35.375 million house in Palm Beach.

Stallone, known for his tough on-screen persona, is a devoted family man, having five children from different marriages. His current marriage with Jennifer Flavin faced challenges in 2022, but the couple reconciled a month after filing for divorce.

The Stallone family has faced tragic losses, with Sage, Stallone’s eldest son, and an upcoming filmmaker, passing away in 2012.

Despite the public grieving, Stallone requested privacy to honor Sage’s memory.

The surviving children, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet, have pursued various endeavors, including business, modeling, acting, and hosting podcasts.

The family continues to navigate challenges together, emphasizing their strong bond amid life’s complexities.
