The unexpected encounter between a man and a girl, proud to call him her grandfather by age, occurred in 2019 when Miracli was working at a laundromat and Charles became her customer.

Two months after their initial meeting, Charles, along with his laundry, handed Miracli a note requesting her phone number. Intrigued by his positivity and constant compliments, Miracli accepted, sparking what many considered an unconventional relationship.

Initially unaware of Charles’s age, Miracli found herself falling for her silver-haired admirer once she learned the truth.

Despite the age difference, Miracli’s 42-year-old mother embraced the relationship, as did her grandfather, who is 13 years younger than Charles. While initially hesitant, Miracli’s 47-year-old father eventually came to terms with his daughter’s choice.

Seeking her father’s support, Miracli asked him to walk her down the aisle, and after receiving his blessing, the couple tied the knot, marking it as the best day of Miracli’s life.

With neither Miracli, 24, nor Charles, 85, having children, Miracli is eager to give her beloved the gift of fatherhood.

Despite unsuccessful attempts at natural conception and two failed IVF procedures, Miracli remains hopeful, trusting in a higher power and expressing gratitude for having found “the best man in the world.”
