Roberto Cavalli Passed Away At The Age Of 83: What Do His Young Beloved And One-Year-Old Son Look Like?

Italian fashion icon Roberto Cavalli, whose wealth exceeds 400 million pounds (36,224,000,000,000 rubles), passed away in Florence, as reported by his brand’s official page. Speculations about Cavalli’s declining health had circulated online for some time, possibly indicating the cause of his recent departure. In the midst of his health struggles, Roberto experienced the joy of fatherhood once again last year. His partner, Swedish model Sandra Nilsson, gave birth to their son, Giorgio, marking Cavalli’s sixth child. However, his time with his newborn heir was tragically short-lived.

For Roberto, the birth of Giorgio in 2023 was a deeply emotional event. Overwhelmed with sentiment, he expressed his feelings to Novella 2000 magazine, revealing that the baby’s arrival brought him immense joy. They named him Giorgio after Roberto’s father, who tragically lost his life during the Cavrilla massacre when Roberto was just four years old. While details about Sandra’s well-being were not disclosed at the time, it was assumed that she received the best medical care. Roberto held a deep affection for Sandra, whom he began dating in 2014. Their bond was evident when Cavalli gifted Nilsson an entire island in her native Sweden a year into their relationship.

Despite their significant age difference, Sandra appeared content in their relationship. However, online commentators often expressed sympathy for her, suggesting that she should have pursued a relationship with someone closer to her age. Furthermore, concerns arose about Giorgio growing up without his father due to Cavalli’s advanced age, a prediction that sadly came true.

Sandra, born on February 17, 1986, in Ystad, Sweden, was initially discouraged from pursuing a modeling career by her parents. Nevertheless, at the age of 16, she won titles in two beauty contests, leading to a flurry of modeling offers. She later moved to New York and gained recognition as Playboy magazine’s Girl of the Month in January 2008. Despite the challenges, Sandra continues to grace fashion shows and pursue her passion for horse riding in her free time.
