Melissa’s passion for tattoos began roughly a decade ago. However, her dramatic transformation has come at a cost. Five of her seven children have distanced themselves from her due to her heavily tattooed appearance. These children, having grown up with a tattooed mother, expressed discomfort when Melissa attempted to cover her tattoos with makeup, urging her to return to her usual look.

Adding to the confusion, Melissa claims she was singing “too loudly” during the service. She expressed frustration at being excluded, stating, “A church is supposed to open its doors to everyone, but I got kicked out of there.”
