Despite dissuasion from friends who considered the property a mere “shed,” Zoltan proceeded with the purchase, securing it for the equivalent of 33 thousand in local currency.

He and his wife embarked on extensive renovations, investing an equal amount in refurbishing the dwelling.

Embracing a rustic style, the couple adorned the interiors with simplicity and minimalism, shunning extravagant embellishments.

White walls complemented by striped rugs and adorned with brown wooden furniture transformed the space into a charming and snug abode.
