Elizabeth Watkins had been overweight all her life and for a long time she did not want to fight it. She just put up with it and didn’t want to give up the delicious treats she loved. When she weighed 360 pounds and could no longer walk on her own, she realized it was time to do something about it.
However, Elisabeth hated working out and was frightened of having her stomach reduced through surgery. Then Elisabeth came to the conclusion that a rigid diet was the only thing that could help her. Elisabeth found it quite difficult to give up food at first, but she soon learned to conquer herself.
She ate five times a day, although she only consumed 700 calories total. She shed 210 pounds in a year and a half and currently weighs 152 pounds. It’s fascinating that even Elisabeth’s mother failed to recognize her.
