Despite its age and lack of updates by previous owners, Curtis and Guest embarked on a journey to breathe new life into their home.

Collaborating with professionals like Jan McFarland Cox and architect Michael B. Lehrer, they infused modern elements while preserving the home’s Mediterranean roots.

Their renovations prioritized family living, adding bedrooms for their children and revamping the master bedroom and bath. The kitchen, now the heart of their home, seamlessly connects to a family area, fostering warmth and togetherness.
