At the age of 12, Jesus Aceves joined the circus due to his condition called hypertrichosis, which covers his face with dark, sturdy hair. Known as “The Wolf Man,” he faced discrimination and bullying in his hometown in Mexico.

Despite challenges in the circus, Aceves learned various skills and entertained people.

After years of traveling with circuses, he returned to his hometown, where his family faced discrimination.

Wanting a different job, Aceves, previously objectified in the circus, shaved his face to improve job prospects.

His daughter, Karla, also experiences discrimination.

Despite challenges, Aceves seeks a normal job to support his family.
