These Photos Will Amaze You: How the 92-year-old Billionaire and his Young Wife, who Recently Gave Birth to his Son, Look Like in Real Life
Bernie Ecclestone is the powerhouse who metamorphosed Formula One from a specialty racing event into an international spectacle. The UK press honored him with the title of “father of Formula One”.
After World War II, Bernie established one of the most extensive used-car businesses in the UK, and in 1971, he became the owner of the Brabham racing team.
In 2017, Ecclestone ceased his racing involvement by selling Formula One for a whopping $4.4 billion. Since then, he has refrained from investing in substantial new ventures, leading to his wealth gradually diminishing, if that term could even be applied to someone whose net worth currently stands at $2.9 billion.
Even though he stepped away from the corporate world, at the age of 92, he can brag about an eventful private life. Ecclestone, a tycoon from an early age, is a father to three daughters – 65-year-old Deborah, 35-year-old Tamara, and 31-year-old Petra – and welcomed his first son, Ace, three years ago.
His first wife, Ivy Bamford, is the mother of his eldest, Deborah, and with his second wife, model Slavica Radich, he had his younger daughters, Tamara and Petra.
Gossip columns speculate about the daughters being envious of the sole male heir and his mother over the inheritance they might eventually have to divide. However, Bernie disputes such conjectures, asserting that he is in his prime and anticipates more children. At the age of 80, Ecclestone made a decision to marry a woman 45 years his junior. In 2012, Bernie Ecclestone tied the knot with Fabiana Flossie, a woman younger than his eldest daughter, almost young enough to be his granddaughter.
The couple first met in 2009 at the World Motor Sports Council. At that time, Fabiana wasn’t well-known socially and was part of the marketing team for the Brazilian Grand Prix held at Interlagos.
In 2020, Fabiana and Bernie announced an expected new member of the family, and in July of the same year, their son Alexander Charles was born. Ecclestone shares in interviews, “Now that I have more free time, I’m looking forward to spending it with my son as he grows up. I’m not sure if we’re stopping there. He might have a younger sibling soon.”
We can only wish the former Formula One mogul has enough vigor and energy, not only for his children but also for his wife.
As the couple continue to feature in the media spotlight, they attempt to demonstrate that love knows no age. But their significant age gap has been met with societal disapproval and skepticism about Fabiana’s genuine feelings.
